The Carpe Diem Bistro and Wine Bar has recently opened at the Zoltán str. 9., in the 5th District near the Szabadság square. The wine bar is a new, cosy and colorful place for the local "fine wine scene" with a everchanging, broad and premium level international and Hungarian still and sparkling wine selection. Its sortiment is based on the excellent range of German Rieslings, premium Rhone valley and Piemont red wine selection, furthermore the exclusive Burgundy and Champagne selection of "FineWines" wine shop, both targeting new explorers of internation wine world and "wine-gourmets by its "wine-school / funhouse / wine sanctuary" functions. Wines and champagnes will be accompanied by specially selected ham and cheese selections, tapas-foods and classical/fusion warm courses maximising food and wine match experience!
